Error: Unable to connect to the remote server

I'm getting an error message:
The underlying connection was closed: Unable to connect to the remote
server.
Any suggestions why this error is occurring?

danIt looks like your server connection string got corrupted.
Use the RSConfig utitlity to reset it and that should take of it.
